The physical fitness wake-up call

I got back from a mountain hunt last fall absolutely destroyed...I used to be in better shape. This year I'm actually training year-round instead of showing up out of shape and suffering. What are you changing about your fitness approach in 2026?
 
I quit kidding myself that weekend walks cut it. Now, I'm working on my legs and lungs. Hiking with weights and stairs kills but it's better than suffering on the mountain.
