Now we have a quiet neighborhood network with skills mapped, resources shared and a communication plan that doesn't rely on cell service. Community resilience is real resilience.

This kind of preparedness is what really counts when things go sideways. Most folks wait for a disaster to meet their neighbors. Getting ahead of that is smart. I wish my street was that organized, I barely know the guy two houses down.
