I amrying to understand magazine capacity laws and honestly, the logic escapes me. Ten rounds is fine, but eleven is dangerous? Fifteen is okay here but illegal twenty miles away? It's like someone threw darts at a board..is anyone else confused by how arbitrary these restrictions seem? I am just trying to stay legal here

It really feels like lawmakers just spun a wheel to decide what’s “too many.” One state’s “safe” is another’s felony...seriously, keeping up with those rules is harder than zeroing a new scope after coffee

That's the million-dollar question, the reality is, the specific numbers ten, fifteen, or thirty rounds often feel arbitrary because they are. These laws are less about a clear, unified safety standard and more about a patchwork of political compromises and legal interpretations across different jurisdictions. It's a compliance headache for sure. Stay legal, and maybe invest in a really good compliance attorney.
