Cleaning product that removed carbon

I had a gas tube that I assumed was permanently fouled. After trying a different solvent, letting it soak for a full day, and running a pipe cleaner through it, the buildup came right off. That experience taught me that the right product for the right job makes a huge difference and keeping a few different solvents on hand is worth it.

Letting the solvent do the heavy lifting instead of just scrubbing with elbow grease really changes everything. Some of that carbon just needs time to break down, not brute force. A little patience and the right chemical will always beat scrubbing your heart out.
