Best 9mm Carry Ammo Recommendations

I've been carrying a Glock 19 and I'm curious—what 9mm ammo do you all rely on for self-defense? I'm particularly interested in hollow points and real-life performance. Thanks!

I carry Federal HST 124 grain. Been running it for years through my Glock 19 and my CZ. Never had a feed issue, even with older mags. A buddy of mine who works in law enforcement swears by it too, says their department tested it against a bunch of others. It hits that sweet spot of expansion and penetration without being too snappy.

I run Speer Gold Dot 124 gr in my Glock 19 no jams ever. It's good for stopping power and shoots soft enough for quick follow ups. @PatchworkJane your buddy got any test data on HST?
